Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using ModyPixl (“we”, “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ModyPixl, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. License to Use

ModyPixl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Services for your personal or business creative projects. This licence does not permit you to: resell access to ModyPixl, reverse engineer the app, or use automated means to scrape or bulk-download templates.

3. AI Content and Ownership

You own 100% of the content you create using ModyPixl, including AI-generated images. By using AI features, you grant ModyPixl a limited, royalty-free licence to process your inputs (images, text) solely to deliver the requested output. We do not claim ownership of your creations.

You are responsible for ensuring that any images you upload do not infringe third-party rights. Do not upload images of people without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use ModyPixl to:

  • Create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, hateful, or defamatory content
  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or CSAM (any such content will be reported to authorities)
  • Impersonate real people in misleading ways
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or abuse free-tier limits
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

5. Prohibited Content

Content that violates our Acceptable Use policy will be removed and may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to report harmful content to law enforcement.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by Apple or Google's refund policies.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MODYPIXL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
